Never settle for good enough.

About me.

Words and experiences rescue ideas from abstraction. And that's how change begins.

As far as I know, every liberal-arts major wants to change the world. Somehow. At some point.

I was no exception.

I have always loved art, drawing, literature, music. As those interests matured, they helped me develop a deep empathy for people. I became fascinated by how words, narratives, drawings and colors could inform our understanding of community and society.

My work in content marketing, content strategy, and writing is built on the belief that words are what allow us to communicate meaning to others. Intentional, bold design brings the words themselves to life. And to do any of it effectively, you have to understand the hopes, aspirations, and needs of the people you are trying to reach. That's the basis of strategy.

So I’m slowly creating a career path that speaks to my values. But I’ve also come to realize that life is more than work. I love deep conversations, drinking good wine, hiking, lifting, practicing for my next voice recital, visiting art museums, reading (Russian literature, American literature, and business books are my favorites) and thinking about how disciplines in the humanities and social sciences can inform each other.

Check out my work or look me up on LinkedIn. If you like what you see, I hope you'll reach out.
